ALL ABOUTTABLE TENNIS

Table tennis is a ball game played on a hard table, divided equally into halves by a net fixed in the middle.

Using a small racket, players score points by hitting a small, lightweight ball across the net, bouncing it onto the opponent's side of the table in such a way, the opponent is not able to properly return the serve.

WE'RE EXCITED, ARE YOU?

Table Tennis is both physically and mentally challenging. Players constantly plan strategies, decide on what spin to put on the ball and have to stay one step ahead of their opponent.

The nature of the sport trains players to have sharp senses and the brain’s capability to multitask and improve reaction time.
