Able to assist with imparting the basics of bouldering, any new climber will learn the importance of footwork and the techniques to climb such as how to “Beta” for routes and how to Attack the route.
Introduce to concepts like body positioning and balance (center of gravity) , will significantly increase the efficiency of climbing without wasting too much energy.
Share various off wall exercise routines to help strengthen various body parts. (Hangboarding, Upper body, Core)
